Being big supporters of our parent company’s Win4Youth initiative, we host a company 5k each fall. Themed shirts, plenty of selfies, and a delicious dinner spread are all included!

Each team schedules a volunteer activity at least once a year. We love helping out the Norcross Ministries in the winter by organizing a Christmas shop for kids and families in need!

We make sure to support a cause that is near and dear to ours and our candidates’ hearts by wearing blue on Autism Awareness Day. Many of our team members also donate or volunteer with Autism Speaks.

Our “shovel program” gives our team members incentives and drive to reach and exceed their goals. They earn a “shovel” when they reach a certain number of placements. These shovels, presented by our leaders, grant colleagues extra benefits like having Fridays off

Our team goes all out to show off their creative skills at our annual Halloween costume contest! Skits, a catwalk, and plenty of giggles are involved.

Training and support are major priorities in our business, as we all need to work together to succeed together. We not only provide training for new hires, but also train our long-time employees to be mentors and help newer recruiters grow.

It can be tough to stay engaged in the office, so taking a break once in a while can keep employees focused and motivated. One of our offices hosts summer games to boost morale, team build, and have some general summer fun!
