Root loves pets! So much that we have frequent visitors to our office.

We love ugly sweater holiday themes!

We celebrated National Grilled Cheese day by...eating grilled cheeses! Both of our offices indulged in the finest of cheese and breads with a side of tomato soup, now that's a reason to come to the office on a cold, winter day!

We celebrated Earth Day by taking a walk in a local park. Thank you, Earth!

Habitat for Humanity reached out to Root and asked if we could help them design and build a playhouse for downtown Toledo. With a houseful of creatives, we were definitely up to the challenge. We're so proud of how this turned out and that so many tiny humans get to play in the house.

Every year, we have our State of Root which is like a conference for ourselves. All of our Rootsters come together to celebrate our culture, build skills and capabilities and talk about how we are performing as a business. Last year, we captured a group photo and marched on to the University of Michigan's football field and spelled Root by all of us holding a different color of paper. How cool did this turn out!?
