Pike provides construction services to the non-residential markets, focusing on technical manufacturing, healthcare, national accounts and building relationships throughout the Northeast. LECESSE provides construction services to the multi-family residential market, building senior housing and apartments. We are committed to meeting our client’s needs by offering a full range of services through delivery methods including construction management, general contracting, design-build, facility services, and program management. Pike has self-perform capabilities in the trades of sitework, concrete, masonry, drywall, and millwork.
