Comprehensive Rehab Consultants partners with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across the country to meet their individual needs. We specialize in bringing Physiatry (Physical Medicine & Rehab) care to SNFs in the form of our expert clinicians, who work with therapy and primary care teams to improve therapy treatment plans. We add an extra layer of clinical oversight and capabilities that do not currently exist in most SNFs. We are champions of patient autonomy and helping our patients regain independence and physical functionality. We hope to not only add years to life, but life to years!
