Those who are able to do their jobs fully remotely can work remotely without judgement, and those with roles that sometimes need to be in person (such as engineering) are still given the flexibility to work hybrid if they don't need to be in-person that day. This aspect of the culture alone has been a game changer for me and many of my coworkers--especially those who would have long commutes, those who are parents, those who have health conditions, and those who have pets--and it has led to increases in productivity, better retention, and greater employee satisfaction.
