At the 2019 Great Place for All Summit, Christopher Tkaczyk, the Chief Content Officer at Great Place To Work, had the opportunity to sit down with Nancy Vitale, the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Genentech, to discuss company culture at the biotech company.
As Chris notes early in the conversation, even with an employee base of 14,000, the company manages to to be on the Best Workplaces list for Women, for Diversity and for Millennials, in addition to being on the Fortune 100 Best list. Being on one list is a huge accomplishment but being named to all four is incredibly special and a testament to a people-first organization.
