Rady Children’s is an integrated pediatric healthcare system providing hospital and specialty care to San Diego, Imperial and southern Riverside counties. It includes the largest acute care hospital in California based on admissions, six community NICU’s, outpatient satellite and urgent care services, home care and residential convalescent care. Rady Children’s consistently ranks among the best children’s hospitals in the nation according to U.S. News & World Report, and is designated as Magnet status by the American Nurses' Credentialing Center (ANCC). It is also a major pediatric clinical research center and teaching hospital and the region’s only designated pediatric trauma center.
