We provide coaching, connections, and capital to the entrepreneurs in the nine-county San Francisco Bay Area. ICA works with low-income entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs of color, women entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurs who have been unable to access capital and business services so that they can grow their businesses, create good jobs, and build wealth for themselves and their workers.
