About The Company
Gilchrist is a nationally recognized, not-for-profit leader in serious illness and end-of-life care. Our primary services are hospice, elder medical care and grief counseling. We address all of a patient's and family's needs throughout every stage of serious illness—whether medical, emotional, social or spiritual. Care is provided at home, in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, at our three inpatient centers, and throughout the community. Gilchrist is committed to serving a diverse population and providing care to anyone in need, regardless of ability to pay. Since 1994, Gilchrist has cared for more than 200,000 people throughout Central Maryland.
