DAE Systems is a third-generation small family-owned aerospace-based business that was founded in 1942 in Los Angeles, California. In the Summer of 2017, the company moved its headquarters and manufacturing operations to Claremont, NC. DAE Systems has a legacy of truly caring for its employees through the rich reward and recognition programs. DAE Systems honestly believes its employees are the reason behind the success of the company and as such every employee’s voice is heard and opinion valued. Our work environment promotes employees to make decisions every day that are in line with our mission, vision, and values.
