Mirum is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of rare, cholestatic liver diseases affecting children and adults. Many of these diseases have an unmet need and few or no treatments available to address the severe and unrelenting symptoms that affect the lives of not only patients, but their families. Currently, we have one approved medication and an ongoing development program evaluating six indications across two investigational treatments. Our goal is to make a remarkable impact on patients’ lives and provide hope for a healthier future.
