Alta Housing

We’re an independent non-profit agency that builds, develops, acquires, and manages low- and moderate-income housing in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. We provide high-quality, safe housing; subsidize rents to the greatest degree possible & support our residents in reaching their goals through the Resident Services program. We believe we all want the same thing: what’s best for our families; we want to do meaningful work. We believe that communities benefit when people can afford to live in them, and that when it comes down to it, nothing is more valuable than people.
