Gritstone bio is a mission-driven organization aiming to improve patient outcomes and prevent disease through development of next generation immunotherapies. We truly care about our patients and volunteers, and our amazingly talented team works relentlessly (with grit!) to leverage scientific knowledge and invent new vaccine designs and strategies to prevent and cure their diseases. “The patients can’t wait” is a phrase you hear repeatedly at Gritstone - a culture that enables us to drive the development of novel cancer vaccines and to design and test vaccines for both protective and therapeutic benefit against viruses such as HIV and COVID-19.
