With patients as our guiding stars, Astria Therapeutics’ dedicated and passionate team is devoted to bringing life-changing therapies to patients and families impacted by hereditary angioedema (HAE) and rare and niche allergic and immunological diseases. Our lead program, STAR-0215, is in preclinical development for the treatment of HAE, a rare genetic disorder characterized by severe, recurrent, and sometimes life-threatening swelling. Our goal is to provide the most patient-friendly preventative treatment option for people living with HAE by developing an innovative treatment to protect people from attacks with dosing once every 3 months or longer.
