Announcing the 2nd Annual Great Place To Work For All Leadership Awards

Diversity & Inclusion Employer Brand Leadership & Management

February 27, 2019 (San Francisco) – The 2nd Annual Great Place To Work® For All Leadership Awards – Igniting Innovation by All Gala took place last night at the Four Seasons San Francisco to honor leaders from companies on the Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For, 100 Best Workplaces for Women, 150 Best Small and Medium Businesses, 100 Best Workplaces for Diversity, and the 25 World’s Best Workplaces Lists. These leaders were nominated by their companies for their work in creating a new program or product developed with wide-spread participation across the organization that delivered a significant business impact.

Great Place To Work recently published ground-breaking research demonstrating that companies with high-trust workplace cultures see even faster rates of success by inviting every employee into the innovation process. By focusing on “Innovation By All,” these organizations are able to operate with greater agility, beat sales targets, and outperform the competition. The awards dinner kicked off the 16th Annual Great Place To Work For All Summit, held February 26-28, in San Francisco.

Recognizing the award winners, Great Place To Work CEO, Michael C. Bush said, “We are honored to celebrate your shining examples of Innovation By All—the individuals and teams who have successfully created new products or built more inclusive cultures, and who have led their organizations to more fully maximize the human potential within their workforce.”

The Great Place To Work For All Leadership Award celebrates leaders who have made major contributions in creating a great workplace experience across their organizations.
