Tanium was founded in July 2007 by father and son David and Orion Hindawi. It is clear that a people focused culture has been at the forefront for Tanium, earning a spot as they were on in the Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials™ list in 2020 and 2021, as well as the Best Small & Medium Workplaces™ list in 2018 and 2019.
Tanium constantly focuses on the experiences of their employees and this has been especially true during the pandemic. They even sent every employee a care package that included a mask, hand sanitizer, mug, and blue-light blocking glasses to help keep them safe and healthy at home. They emphasized their existing self-directed time off policy, and the importance of taking the time off they needed. To help encourage and model this behavior, they introduced multiple Global Days Off. These are just a few of the many ways Tanium has supported their employees during challenging times.
Today, I will be in conversation with two remarkable people who are committed to making Tanium a great place to work, for all! Mike Curran, VP Global Talent Acquisition and Vanessa Black, Head of People Programs and Engagement
