Recruiting top-tier talent is the number one priority for most companies; but retaining that talent is essential to their success. On Thursday, Oct. 27, Great Place to Work® will release the first-ever ranking of the top 25 multinationals to work for around the globe.

Recruiting top-tier talent is the number one priority for most companies; but retaining that talent is essential to their success. On Thursday, Oct. 27, Great Place To Work® will release the first-ever ranking of the top 25 multinationals to work for around the globe.

The World’s Best Multinational Workplaces List recognizes the top 25 companies to work for in the world. Companies on the list find themselves better able to recruit and retain top talent. Those trends, in turn, radically improve company reputation and profitability.

For 15 years, Great Place To Work has recognized leading workplaces in more than 45 countries and inclusion on these lists is highly sought after. The World’s Best Multinational Workplaces List is the first integrated look at survey data from employees and managers from thousands of companies across six continents; making it the world’s largest annual study of workplace excellence.

The 25 listed companies are doing things right. Being recognized as one of the World’s Best Multinational Workplaces means that they not only care about their employees, but they’re drivers of our global economy.

The names – and rankings – of the top 25 will be revealed in just two weeks.
