The Future of the Workplace
Early this week we discussed a study that revealed a Workplace Divide. The majority of senior executives believe that compensation and financial performance affect company culture, while employees believe that candid communication and employee recognition are more important aspects of a successful workplace culture.
This can be good news to companies who are interested in strengthening their workplace culture and are low in cash.
