Transparency regarding areas for improvement have been clearly communicated from the People's Team via All Hands Meetings - where feedback was collected by Culture surveys (sent out Quarterly). Actions to address employee feedback were implemented in a timely fashion. As an individual contributor working at Alector, I feel heard & supported. In addition, I deeply appreciate the time taken by our People's Team and management to address any questions or concerns that I have, sometimes even before I ask the question or concern. I believe Alector's culture truly fosters growth and trust throughout the company.
